I just purchased an item from your online store, how long will my package take to ship?

All items are shipped within 1-2 business days (not including holidays).

When can I expect my item?

Following processing, all items are shipped expedited and insured with tracking. You can expect your item between 1-3 business days.

Do I need to be home for the delivery of my item?

Yes, you will need to be home to receive your package. The mail carrier will not be able to leave the package on your doorstep. Your signature will be required upon delivery.

Do you have a return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know! We accept returns up to 14 days after the purchase. All returned items must be in the same condition. Altered (sized, engraved, customized) merchandise is considered non-refundable.

Please note, regarding all return shipments, the opening of such packages will be video recorded upon arrival for security and assurance.
